Kate Dee currently sends to Canada, USA, and the UK. I send parcels every Monday OR Friday via Canada Post.

Given the current pandemic and reduced or delayed postal services, delivery may take longer than usual.

All packages are sent with love in poly bubble mailers to keep your things safe. Once an order is shipped, it is no longer my responsibility for lost or damaged items. I also do not accept returns or refunds.

PROCESSING TIMES

I will strive to ship your order as fast possible (3-5 business days). This is simply because I am balancing a full time job while running a small business.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

• Canada/USA: 10-15 business days
• UK: 4-12 weeks

Local Pick-Up

Local pick-ups can be made at 2346 Rue Fullum, Montréal, H2K 3P2.
You will recieve a notification once your order is ready for pick-up (usually 2-4 days).

TRACKED vs. UNTRACKED SHIPPING

TRACKED

If possible, I highly recommend choosing tracked shipping. You will receive a dispatch notification with your tracking code as soon as your order is fulfilled. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking details to update once your order is on their way.

UK tracking is unfortunately expensive, but please understand these are Canada Post's prices, and not mine to set.

UNTRACKED

Untracked shipping is cheaper, but comes with it's setbacks: neither of us will be able to see the progress of the order. I will not replace or refund any lost orders with untracked shipping.

LOST MAIL

Please note that upon selecting untracked shipping during checkout, that you understand a tracking number will not be provided and agree with the associated risks using this delivery method and that I will not be responsible for lost orders.
